Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn items back into their original packaging or a secure compostable mailer to keep the process eco-friendly.
Label and Post
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
